Open Freelove’s notification settings and check the relevant message or activity preference. Then check the app’s notification permission and notification settings on your device. Focus or battery-saving modes can delay or hide alerts.
While the app is open, updates can arrive in the conversation or activity screen without a separate push alert. Support replies belong to your Support thread. Browser push appears only when that feature is enabled and supported.
