Freelove legal
Community Guidelines
How we keep Freelove respectful and safer.
Last updated: 2026-09-13 · 2026-09-13.1
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this contract. Do not register on another person’s behalf, misrepresent your age, misleadingly use another person’s photos or evade a previous ban. Material account details must be accurate.
Freelove is an open community built on mutual respect. Another person’s identity, orientation or relationship intentions never justify humiliation, harassment or assumptions about consent.
5. Your content and the licence you grant
You keep your rights in your content. Upload only material you have the right to use and share, respecting the rights and consent of identifiable people.
By uploading, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence covering the necessary territories to store, technically adapt, transmit and display content according to your visibility choices, solely to operate and protect Freelove and provide sharing you request. This does not transfer ownership or grant a general advertising licence.
The service licence ends to the relevant extent when content or the account is removed, subject to lawful retention and handling of material already sent to others. The privacy notice explains retention.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
Harassment, threats, hate, discriminatory abuse, scams, blackmail, impersonation, unauthorised disclosure of private information, unsolicited advertising and spam are prohibited. Respect rejection, blocking and a decision not to respond.
Pornographic or sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate images, offering or seeking sexual services for compensation, trafficking and exploitation are prohibited. Private albums and private messages are not exceptions.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation are strictly prohibited. This includes grooming, sexualising a minor, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of a child, and creating, requesting or sharing child sexual abuse material, including generated or altered material. Report a concern through the profile’s Report option or support@freelove.hu. Do not download or forward suspected material to make a report.
Do not harvest information, scrape profiles, compromise accounts, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, overload the service or endanger others.
7. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Use the additional options on a member’s profile to report or block them. If you cannot access the interface, contact support@freelove.hu. Identify the profile or content, time, reason and a contact for our response. Do not download or forward suspected child sexual abuse material; describe where it appeared.
We use automated content checks and human review, prioritising reports according to risk. We may reject or remove content, limit features, suspend an account or terminate it for serious or repeated violations. We provide information and reasons where lawful and where doing so does not compromise an investigation or someone’s safety.
Ask for review of a decision at support@freelove.hu, identifying the account and decision. We do not penalise good-faith reporting. Contact local emergency services or police in an emergency.
