Open Account settings and choose Delete account. Read the explanation and confirm only when you are ready. If you cannot sign in, use the account-deletion page on the website and complete the requested identity check.
Deleting the app or your Freelove account does not by itself cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Manage renewal separately in the store where you purchased it.
