Open Account and choose Support. This is your private conversation with the Freelove support team, separate from chats with other members.
- Describe what happened, what you expected and the steps that reproduce it.
- Send your text. If the attachment control is available, add a relevant screenshot; text and a picture may appear as separate messages.
- Wait for the sent state. If a message fails and Retry is offered, retry that pending message rather than creating duplicate requests.
- Return to the same Support conversation to read the reply. Refresh if needed; a missing notification does not mean there is no answer.
