For an Apple purchase, open the device Settings, your Apple Account and Subscriptions, then select Freelove. For a Google Play purchase, open Google Play’s subscriptions using the Google account that made the purchase.
Follow the store’s cancellation instructions and check the resulting renewal or expiry date. Deleting the app or the Freelove account is not the same as cancelling renewal. Refund requests are separate and follow the billing provider’s process.
