Open the member’s profile, choose More and then Block. Blocking restricts interaction and discovery visibility between the two accounts. To review or undo a block, open Blocked users in your account’s safety settings.
Blocking and reporting have different purposes. If content or behaviour breaks the rules, submit a report as well so the moderation team can review it.
